Implementations Specialist

We're on the hunt for an Implementations Specialist. Your role will encompass configuring accounts, training customers, planning implementations and rollouts, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that the customer's employees will love.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CorePlan customers and team members to understand the needs and goals of each customer, coordinating a flawless onboarding experience.

• Triage, respond, and escalate customer support tickets with the utmost care.

• Engage with customers via email, phone, or help desk software, gathering required material and coordinating account setups.

• Conduct in-person and video demonstrations, training customers on the CorePlan platform.

• Create and implement professional email templates, plans, and facilitate calls, addressing questions and issues.

• Attend in-person pre-sales meetings and prioritise consistent communication with customers during the onboarding phase.

• Work with the support team to resolve support-related issues swiftly and escalate if necessary.
