What will your typical day look like?
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. But don't worry, our well-resourced environment will provide you with the tools & opportunities you need to develop customer-focused skills, enhance your knowledge of Australia’s telecom industry, and upskill in industry-standard software platforms.
Timelines:
Training: 3-4 Weeks (9 am- 5:30 pm, Mon-Fri)
Nesting: 3-4 Weeks (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri)
Post this up to 3-4 Months: Work from office (7 am - 7 pm, any 8 hrs., Mon -Fri)
Thereafter: Work from home / Hybrid Schedule (Rotating Roster): Timing: 7 am - 11 pm, Monday to Sunday
