Job Description

Are you passionate about innovative design and keen on refining product efficiency? Botton + Gardiner is looking for a talented Industrial Designer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Resolution:

• Develop project-specific and catalogue products.
• Enhance existing products for improved efficiency.
• Utilize sketching, 2D/3D CAD, and prototyping.
• Apply engineering-based approaches to design and manufacturing.

Quoting & Estimating:

• Coordinate with internal and external teams for accurate quotes.
• Provide estimates for custom and standard product designs.
• Maintain a clear and systematic approach to quoting.

Product Delivery:

• Test and prototype materials and processes.
• Collaborate on detailed BOMs and production documentation.
• Ensure high-quality manufacturing and resolve design queries.
• Support quality control processes for consistent product delivery.

Qualifications

• A degree in Industrial Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software.
• Strong sketching and prototyping skills.
• Experience in engineering-based product design.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality standards.
