Job Description

• Support the Electrical department to ensure output, HSE and Quality targets are met
• Support Production in defined area of responsibility to meet customer demand on time
• Assist with carrying out maintenance requirements for workshop and plant equipment
• Be proactive in applying improvements in workshop safety, quality, cost and delivery performance
• Ensure all production activities conform to documented instructions, and Electrical scope of works is    conforming to the required standards.
• Complete electrical related tasks as and when required to meet daily output targets
• Communicate any job issues promptly as required to ensure issues are dealt with accordingly
• Ensure quality of finished product
• Manage your labour productivity to achieve agreed targets when working on multiple jobs in parallel
• Arrange and manage building electrical repairs or new electrical installations
• Be involved in equipment breakdown maintenance
• Ensure calibrated equipment is available and up to date
• Support containment, root cause determination, corrective action and verification activities required for prompt resolution of customer or internal quality concerns
• Provide technical support as and when required

Qualifications

• Cert III Electrotechnology Electrician or above
• Licensed Electrician
• Min 2 years’ Experience as an Electrician in the industrial sector
