Industrial Electricians - Full Time Permanent

Our client is a leading provider of engineering, construction and maintenance services within the transport, communications and technology, oil and gas, power generation, renewables and utilities sectors. Due to a large transport contract being awarded they are looking for multiple Electricians to support their team for ongoing work based in Newcastle.

What’s involved?

• Installation of power and control circuits
• Installation of conduits, ducting, harnesses and looms
• Disconnect and reconnect of motors and other industrial equipment
• Final testing to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines.
• Read and interpret drawings

What we’re looking for:

• Electrical License
• Experience in the industrial sector
• Experience in panel and switchboard wiring highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Great teamwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Able to pass pre employment medical, drug & alcohol screen and police check
