About the role:  
Vidacorp is seeking an Influencer Marketing Executive to join their growing team at MCoBeauty. You'll work with a fun and dynamic team, building relationships with Australian and New Zealand beauty influencers. The ideal candidate will be a social media enthusiast with knowledge of beauty trends and influencers in the region. This role is perfect for someone with experience in influencer marketing within marketing, PR, or social media.




Role & Responsibilities:  


  • Leading influencer seeding and creative mailer strategy to support new launches, paid campaigns and celeb/influencer collaboration executions
  • Contributing to the development and execution of UGC strategies
  • Supporting Campaign Managers with the creative execution of paid influencer marketing campaigns, including creating influencer briefs, managing talent engagement contracts and influencer vetting 
  • Ownership of internal influencer marketing platform (GRIN) as well as internal influencer campaign and content calendars
  • Assisting with paid campaign content approvals, insights and post-campaign reporting
  • Coordinating with various internal teams to address influencer-led and content needs – including PR, Social and Retail
  • Be at the forefront of social and beauty industry trends, seeking out new and innovative ways to work with established influencers as well as those that are new and up-and-coming

Skills & Experience:  


  • 2-3 years of experience in a relevant marketing, PR, or social media role, preferably with experience in influencer marketing
  • Have existing relationships and/or knowledge of key Australian Influencers already – which can be further developed in this role
  • Experience with GRIN or other similar influencer marketing platforms preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of Canva, Google Docs, Microsoft Suite and Shopify
  • Strong copywriting skills with a flair for writing creative briefs
  • Team player – able to collaborate across internal channel departments
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • Perform well under pressure and can deliver results in fast paced environment
  • Highly confident in presenting to and working with senior team members
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build strong cross departmental relationships
