What You’ll Do:

As the Project Engineer, you'll be the key player in ensuring the successful delivery of the refresh and upgrade of on-premise operational technologies across multiple sites nationwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
 

• Ensure project scope & delivery timeline is understood & achievable.
• Highlight technology or delivery concerns to PM if assigned or Dept Team Lead.
• Manage changes through Change Management processes. Test system changes, fixes and upgrades.
• Work with the IT’s solution architect, suppliers and applications developers as required to implement required solutions.
• Play an active part in developing processes and methodologies to improve Infrastructure project delivery considering agreed service levels and TCO models.
• Provide Design, Installation and Support documentation to a suitable standard prior to project closure.
• Schedule & deliver handover sessions to support teams for new solutions as required.

 
What You Bring:

Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively convey technical information.

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in IT, Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, VMWare, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Citrix solutions within an operational technology environment and must have worked across similar projects.
Willingness to Travel: Be prepared for nationwide travel as part of the role.
