We are excited to welcome an Inside Sales Representative to our team. Reporting to the Product Management Team, you will be responsible for providing support to the Category Manager. You will be required to coordinate sales data analysis, assist with communication with potential customers, and conduct competitor comparisons by category. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to build positive relationships both externally and internally while promoting TP-Link as the company of choice for all things Wi-Fi, networking, and surveillance-related.

The role will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Assess incoming customer data and inquiries for business opportunities.
• Initiate contact with potential customers to understand their needs and challenges.
• Conduct needs assessments to match products/services with customer needs.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams for account management.
• Provide accurate information for seamless customer handoffs.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records.
• Monitor customer engagement metrics to evaluate lead qualification.
• Attend sales meetings and training for updates on products and techniques.
• Collaborate with internal teams for project information and reporting.
• Analyse sales performance to identify optimization opportunities.
• Assist Category Manager with market research and product management tasks.
• Other duties as required.

The successful candidate will have:

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in sales, customer service, product management or a related field. Experience in business networking or surveillance industry is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and influencing skills in English. 
• Strong administration skills
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret data
• Understanding of both computers' hardware and associated terminology
• Strong computer literacy with MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
