About the role

Nederman is seeking a dedicated team player to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative to support the sales team in achieving the required sales by operating as a key point of contact for customers and supporting the team in undertaking required sales administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform an integral role in customer service by contributing to the sales of company products.
• Operate as a key point of contact for customers, responding in a professional and timely manner regarding queries about products, orders, requests, deliveries and complaints and providing support to the sales team. 
• Support the team to achieve the required sales by undertaking sales administrative tasks, including following up on outstanding quotes, checking the accuracy of orders and issuing invoices, maintaining sales records, and compiling monthly sales reports.
• Liaise with other departments such as accounts and production to ensure orders are processed, produced and delivered promptly. 
• Maintain and update the client/sales database and track important deadlines and follow-ups. 
• Provide general administrative support to the team, including reception and clerical duties, preparation of documentation and quotes, and basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, filing and managing office supplies. 
• Embody the culture of open and honest communication, collaboration and support that is aligned with company values and expected behaviours.
• All other tasks as reasonably directed by the manager.
