Their solution is fast and efficient that fixing a major issue for their customers, and is cost covered by the benefits scheme, so there is no cost to clients, its simply a more efficient and free service, and here you will be helping clients take advantage of this solution.

The role:

This is a prized position as an Inside Sales, Telemarketing & Relationship Manager where you will be dealing directly with the clients in the Medical Practice market who are Practice Managers, Nurses, Doctors and more. 

Full training ongoing will be provided for the service and solution.

  • Contacting warm client leads and making introductions
  • Getting information packs sent out to interested clients 
  • Solely dealing with the medical practice and doctors markets
  • An easier sell and promotion due to it being a free solution
  • Promoting an ultra-efficient medicinal and pharmaceutical delivery service 
  • A solution covered by the PBS so doctors don’t pay for it
  • Following a follow up call cycle month to month 
  • Working on overall cycles and pipeline development 
  • Enabling new customers to use the service 
  • Gaining new customers and growing the client base 
  • Some outbound to cold introductions to new customers 
  • Strategic calls to, and prospecting medical customers 
  • Relationship and account management of key customers  
  • Discussing the value and benefits (full in-depth training on this provided)
  • Building rapport and satisfaction in your dealings
  • Conducting volumes of calls and conversations daily
  • Office based full time

  • Base salary around $60,000 + $1,000 per month comms + super 
  • Commission paid monthly for new customers brought on OTE $1,000 per month or more

Experience needed:

To be considered for this role you'll ideally come from a background in Sales, Outbound, Telemarketing, Prospecting, Account Management or a similar function to inside sales where you've had experience in outbound calls to clients in a phone base environment. 

  • Experience in outbound sales calls and business prospecting
  • Ideally experience in a related telemarketing or phone sales role
  • Experience in educating customers on services, products or solutions 
  • Ability to build rapport with customers & clients 
  • Experienced in having convincing conversations to onboard customers 
  • Comfortable in a office based role full time 
  • Good verbal and written communication 
  • This is a Melbourne based role only.
