Job Description - Installation Consultant - Innovative Company

We are in need of an organized Installation Consultant to join our multidisciplinary team at Hays in Sydney NSW.

This is a One-year Max term opportunity with flexible working arrangements.

Please note that this a Level 2/ Level 3 / Level 4 IT support role. 

How you’ll make an impact

  • Responsible for the completion of installation and consulting activities.
  • Ability to Follow project plans tasks and due dates.
  • Facilitate internal and external training courses for assigned modules, onsite and remotely.
  • Manage resolution of second level support issues.
  • Maintenance of User and Quick Reference documentation in line with Release schedule.
  • Coach new/other team members for undertaking of Mentor Programs as requested by Manager or Team Lead.
  • Undertake creation and maintenance of eLearning.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience setting up, supporting or part of a team using an ERP or other business application.
  • Ability to travel – potentially required to be away for up to 10 days at a time. Travelling is an exciting part of the role & engaging with customers nationally & internationally spending time with interesting townships and people.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an automotive dealership preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Professional presence, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
