What We Do: We support builders and trade professionals by delivering quality products, expert advice, and reliable service they depend on every day.

Our Locations: Brookvale, Peakhurst, Mona Vale, Terrey Hills, Hornsby, and Dural.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with selection and purchase decisions


• Operate the "Point of Sale" system to record transactions


• Process and follow up quotes to qualify, refine, and close sales opportunities, and enter details into the quote register and Frameworks


• Complete paperwork, ensuring procedures are followed as instructed


• Assist with preparation, packing, and dispatch of orders, and receipt of stock to ensure safe storage


• Manage stock levels and liaise with suppliers as directed by the local manager


• Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate product knowledge


• Ensure the store is well-maintained, organised, and visually appealing


• Contribute to achieving sales targets and supporting daily operations


• Undertake self-directed learning through Trade Net for relevant products

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or trade sales


• Knowledge of Bathroom & Kitchen products


• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications


• Must have the legal right to work in Australia
