Your new role
As an Account Executive, you will take ownership of a portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing tailored advice and managing all aspects of their insurance needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their risks, negotiate competitive terms with insurers, and ensure policies are accurate and compliant. This role offers variety and challenge, with exposure to a broad range of industries and complex placements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial accounts.
  • Prepare quotes, renewals, and policy documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Negotiate competitive terms with insurers and secure appropriate cover.
  • Deliver proactive advice and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
  • Contribute to the success of the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in insurance broking, ideally with an SME and commercial focus.
  • Tier 1 insurance broking qualification
  • Strong technical knowledge of general insurance products and market practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and work independently.
  • A proactive approach and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
