Ideal candidates should have 

• Previous Broking or Insurer background – WITHIN AUSTRALIA.
• Some progress towards – or attainment of - ‘Tier 1’ or ‘Tier 2’ (Broking)
• Exposure to Commercial up to Corporate lines Insurance classes is desirable, but we do have some Domestic/Personal Lines roles available too.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Competent in IT and office procedures
