Role Overview: As an Insurance Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our insurance sales service. Your mission? To ensure every client receives a top-tier insurance quote that seamlessly integrates into our system. You'll be working closely with our external brokers and supporting clients in choosing the most suitable insurance policy based on their specific needs, financial situation, and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external brokers to drive insurance sales. 
  • Provide expert insurance advice and quotes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly integrate insurance sales into our service offering. 
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new sales opportunities. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance sales, ideally in a B2C setting. 
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and regulations. 
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build strong relationships with external stakeholders. 
  • A passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Experience in or passion for cars is preferred.
