The Role
You will play an important part in enabling our next phase of growth. You will be an integral part of the team and be mentored to help you grow. Kelly+Partners is committed to providing learning and development opportunities for all our team, ensuring that you have the resources and training to support you on this journey. Key responsibilities include:
Preparing Financial Statements and Tax Returns for various entities
Completing BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT, and PAYG obligations
Managing payroll tax and workers compensation reconciliations
Liaising with statutory authorities and supporting clients
Supporting a culture of growth, accountability, and shared success
About You
2+ years' experience in an Accounting Practice
Chartered Accountant qualification or in progress
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field
Familiarity with practice management platforms like MYOB AE, APS, HowNow, Active Ledger, Xero, and Class - or a strong aptitude for learning new systems
Strong communication and organisational skills as well as attention to detail
A client-first mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients
