Over the years the size of this team has fluctuated in a calculated way and now the team sits at a tight number of 11 across Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic disciplines.

With one of the best “Mechanical Engineering’ minds in QLD, now in a pure technical role they are looking to strengthen the team overall and bring on Top-tier talent with a winning mentality.

With company ownership represented in the Hydraulic discipline, there is plenty of future opportunity for future ownership within both the Mechanical and Electrical disciplines, so right now for the right candidates, opportunity really knocks.

A position exists for an Intermediate to Senior level Mechanical Engineer, to join the Mechanical team. This is a permanent position, and we are seeking an engineer who is interested in the long term. Future buy in is an option if this interests you otherwise a role with highly technically interesting projects and a top of the range salary all whilst leaving the office daily on time is up for grabs.

Working across a wide range of sectors in commercial, residential, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, IT, Transport, Defence, Education, Retail/Hospitality you won’t get bored here. With well established and structured systems developed over decades you can be sure that you are joining a well organised quality focussed business.

Right now they have won a substantial sized new building within the university sector with a key client and presenting a project opportunity to impress and build a long term relationship with this client, so growing the team with the right person is of particular importance.

Requirements;

• Bachelor Degree Mechanical Engineering
• Around 10 years experience in HVAC System Design and Planning.
• Excellent knowledge of relevant Australian building codes, standards and regulations
• Exemplary communication both written and verbal
• Project Management and Coordination skills including the ability to coordinate with the client and other stakeholders.
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Field experience possessing a practical understanding of installation, commissioning and maintenance processes to ensure designs and feasible and practical.
• Ambitious and future focussed
