Position & Responsibilities Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager, the Internal Account Manager will be responsible for the management, growth and development of an existing portfolio of accounts. This role has a heavy emphasis on account development, working closely with clients, assessing requirements and developing strong commercial relationships. This is a multifaceted role where you will be expected to manage competing priorities, whilst providing exceptional customer service and support. This role will provide an excellent grounding and a strong development pathway for a career in technology sales.
Requirements The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated internal sales, account management or customer service experience.
- Previous experience in Electrical/Electronics, Data Cabling, Security, ICT or related field will be held in high regarded, but not essential
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and develop long term relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly developed PC skills
- Passion for technology.
- Professionalism, resilience and a positive demeanour
The Offer The successful applicant will receive an attractive salary package commensurate with experience, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, plus Superannuation and Incentives ($10,000 - $20,000 per annum).
