About Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Claims Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of escape of liquid claims end-to-end, supporting customers through what can often be a challenging time. You will be a trusted point of contact, guiding customers, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring every claim is handled efficiently, fairly, and with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of claims end-to-end
• Support and guide customers through the claims process
• Assess claims by reviewing documentation and policy coverage
• Investigate and evaluate claims to determine outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
• Deliver fair, timely, and professional claim resolutions

What We're Looking For

• Previous claims or insurance experience (essential)
• Strong customer service background (essential)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
