Cadia, a subsidiary of Jaybro Group, is a wholesale plumbing and parts supplier servicing all of Australia, renowned for its product range supplying the national water management industry based in Orange.

Cadia has enjoyed significant ongoing growth and is now seeking a customer focused and technically minded Inside Salesperson to join our friendly and engaging team, in Orange, NSW.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver great service via phone and email. Your proven strong communication, time management and organisational skills will allow you to build strong working relationships with customers to grow a loyal client profile.

We are looking for an organised, friendly self-starter with a can-do attitude, who enjoys multi-tasking and juggling a range of priorities.

• Providing premium customer service via phone and emails
• 30-40 inbound calls
• Cross selling and upselling
• Quick turnaround of quotes
• Follow-up customer orders and deliveries
• Ability to multitask and assist the Sales team
• Organisational and time management skills
• Similar industry is highly regarded however not essential
