Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide customer service- counter sales and via phone
- Process orders via phone and email
- Support a diverse customer base in providing product support.
- Attend to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
- Liaise with warehouse staff and assist with pick packing duties when required.

Who are you? - Strong technical skills and problem solving.
- Experience in customer service in a retail environment.
- Good verbal and written skills
- Ability to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
- Computer literate at an intermediate level
- Mechanical aptitude with bearing and power transmission knowledge is advantageous.
- Team player to support other areas when required.
