We are a family-owned Trophy and Teamwear business seeking a talented sales admin/customer service person to manage and service our Trophy and Award clients. We are a dynamic business looking for a candidate that is willing to be part of this fantastic sector.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Quoting and processing orders, consulting customers on company products over phone, email or from web enquiry
  • Providing customized solutions to our clients
  • Full management of the order process from quote to order completion liaising with our Art, Production and Warehouse team to ensure delivery dates are met and assist where required. 
  • Keeping updated on new products, systems, and processes
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Ad hoc duties when required maintaining showroom, stocktake, pricing, showroom assistant, answering phones and teamwear online store.

Qualifications & experience

  • At least minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in a Sales Administration, or similar position 
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and work under pressure. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
  • Strong data entry, computer efficiency, experience in Microsoft Office, ERP software system would be an advantage.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a timely manner,
  • Solutions focused, ability to troubleshoot on the spot.
  • Must have a friendly approach with a can do attitude.
