This is the perfect role for you. You don’t need prior experience; we’ll provide you with all the necessary training. All you need to bring is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

In this office-based internal sales role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams and Account Managers. You’ll be responsible for selling structural steel to our customers.

What you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and delivering a high level of customer service with a focus on Sales
• Processing general phone and face to face sales enquiries
• Preparing sales quotes and orders
• Follow up on active quotes and assist in building a pipeline of work
• Process quotes for basic saw cutting
• Contributing to the overall Health and Safety of the site

Please note, as health & safety is important to us, you will be asked to complete a pre-employment drug screen if you are to be successful.

• Monday to Friday 830am – 5pm
• Knowledge of or experience in the steel or construction industry is preferred.
• Previous customer service and Sales experience
• Ability to work independently and part of the team
• Attention to detail
• Knowledge around reading fabrication drawings would be highly regarded but not essential
• Intermediate computer skills
