Job Description - Internal Sales Consultant

Our client is innovative, forward-thinking and is recognised for their exciting product range. They are committed to their ongoing success and the success of their staff, whilst continuing to expand their profile through quality delivery and strategic vision. Setting the standard in their field is normal, so we're looking to find an Internal Sales Consultant to support the sales team and customer base.

In this role you will:

Support customers to optimise sales results

Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sales, inventory and promotional activities

Liaise with customers to ensure orders are processed

Provide customers with updates on promotions

Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email

Assist Sales Representatives with customer orders

Requirements

Exceptional customer service and internal account management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a definite advantage
