Internal Sales Consultant

We are pleased to be working with one of our favorite  Mornington Peninsula  clients, this company is a market leader within the blue collar industry. These guys have cemented their spot in the industry over the last 30 years and are increasingly busy. They are well known and pride themselves on their ability to maintain strong relationships with each client and the level of service they provide.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for you to  start OR progress your career in sales.  It involves supporting existing customers as well as finding opportunities to gain new ones. The small, close-knit sales team is located upstairs from the warehouse, enhancing communication among the team.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?

• $65,000 FTE + super + uncapped commissions

• Work close to home and avoid the traffic with the office located in  Dromana  with great cafes on your doorstep (although there is a great coffee machine in the office too!)

• Inbound calls + outbound calls to warm leads and existing clients to upsell and cross sell
• Maintaining and nurturing existing relationships
• Arranging quotes, providing samples and giveaways to clients
• Cold calling for new business
• Meet and exceed sales budgets and KPIs

• High attention to detail
• Great communications skills , both written and verbal
• Engaging personality
• Desire to learn the ropes from our excellent team
• Own Vehicle (there is no public transport nearby)
