About the role
A motivated and friendly & reliable Internal Sales Coordinator who is responsible for handling all customer enquiries, orders and quotes via telephone, email and in person and being responsible for the timely processing, and strategic sales thought, of all customer quotes and orders into the order system with particular attention to detail and accuracy to ensure sales targets and customer expectations are satisfied
 
Duties

  • Accuracy and efficiency of processing orders to customer specifications and expectations
  • Quality and timeliness of preparing quotes and/or tenders through interpretation of specifications and consultation with the client.
  • Ensure all timelines for work allocated are achieved and potential delays are communicated to your manager before they occur.
  • Building strong rapport with clients over the phone and through written communication
  • Deal with and resolves customer complaints when and as they arise, referring more complex or difficult issues to your manger  
  • Record and maintains all sales data into the CRM, quote registers and client information

 
Skills & experience

  • Ideally 2 years sales or Customer service or Sales experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Previous experience in a sales support role is advantageous but not essential. 
  • Strong work ethic and Self-starter and can work unsupervised
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Strong customer service and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with staff on all levels
