About the role

Job tasks and responsibilities

Handling enquiries of pricing, stock and availability, shipping dates and any additional information that the customer requires
Quoting and processing of customer orders – via phone, email, and showroom sales
Manage and follow up customer feedback
Identify new customer leads
All functions of customer service and sales
Supporting the sales team with key accounts

Skills and experience

We are seeking someone that can work in a fast paced customer service/office environment with the following skills and attributes:

Strong communication skills
Must have experience in product sales environment
Customer focused approach
Experience in a highly customer focused role with elements of troubleshooting and internal sales
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
