About Us:

Aluminium Innovations WA is in the process of rebranding to better reflect our standing as a part of Architectural Window Systems (AWS) Australia.

AWS was established 1995 and is one of Australia’s leading suppliers of aluminium window and door systems offering an extensive range of locally designed and manufactured aluminium window and door suites for residential and commercial applications.

AWS designs, tests, finishes and supplies aluminium window, door and commercial framing systems under the Vantage Windows and Doors and Elevate Aluminium Systems brands to more than 200 licensed manufacturers throughout Australia.

AWS is growing strongly nationally and requires the services of a new team member in WA to join our growing team and assist us with our sales and customer service.

About You:

This is an entry level role and those interested in Internal Sales are encouraged to apply regardless of experience level. The person we are looking for will display:

• Keen interest in Internal Sales (prior experience not essential)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to problem solve
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Computer literacy in Outlook, Excel and aptitude to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to prioritise, organise work and meet deadlines
• Excellent attitude and eagerness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate data entry with an eye for detail
• Input of customer orders & quotations
• Managing customer project orders
• Customer order status reports
• Communicating with customers, operations and sales teams
• Liaise with managers to resolve customer complaints
