Internal Sales / Customer Support Coordinator

As the largest provider of heavy vehicle workshop equipment, this organisation specialises in delivering high-end products and end-to-end workshop fit-out solutions. Due to their strong leadership team, and dedication to their staff and clients, this company continues to go from strength to strength and is now seeking a Service and Repairs Coordinator to join their growing team.
  
This position will play a critical role in providing internal support to the Field Technicians and external support to clients. With ongoing training and development and career progression, no previous industry experience is required, and you will be given the opportunity to continually progress.
  
Duties will include:

• Supporting the Field Technicians with raising quotes for parts and servicing requirements
• Sending quotes to clients in a timely manner
• Outbound calls to businesses to follow up outstanding quotes
• Answering inbound calls regarding breakdowns or servicing of equipment
• Asking customers open-ended questions to gather as much information as possible on their needs
• Entering orders in a timely manner to ensure client’s needs are met
• Assisting with customer queries via phone and email
• Liaising with customers regarding their orders and ensuring they are kept up to date on ETAs
• Work to various KPI’s regarding conversion rates from quotes to bookings

To be successful in this role, you must enjoy customer contact, have excellent phone manner and be able to build strong relationships. Your inner drive and self-motivated approach is essential along with a high level of attention to detail and an ability to convert quotes to servicing bookings.
