Internal Sales, Estimating & Scheduling Coordinator | Reomart Perth

Reomart Perth is looking for an organised, customer focused and proactive person to join our team in a combined Internal Sales, Estimating and Scheduling Coordinator role.

This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be involved across the customer and order journey, from the initial enquiry and quote through to order processing, scheduling and delivery.

You’ll work closely with customers, suppliers, sales, warehouse and delivery teams to make sure information is accurate, orders are tracked and customers are kept informed.

About the role

The role covers three key areas of the business: Internal Sales, Estimating and Scheduling.

Internal Sales

You’ll be one of the key points of contact for our customers and will support the sales process from enquiry through to order.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcome and assist customers at the front counter
• Answer customer enquiries and provide product and pricing information
• Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email
• Generate sales orders and complete accurate data entry
• Prepare and process customer quotes
•  Follow up outstanding quotes and identify sales opportunities
• Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse and sales team
• Maintain accurate customer and order records
• Provide general administration and sales support as required

Estimating Coordinator

You’ll support the estimating and quoting process, making sure documentation is accurate and quotes are prepared and followed up in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities include:

• Track and manage estimating documents and requests
• Review documentation to ensure information is complete and accurate
• Prepare and coordinate customer quotes
• Enter and update information accurately in the database
• Maintain up-to-date records of quotes, customers and opportunities
• Follow up outstanding quotes with customers by phone and email
• Record customer feedback and update quote status
• Liaise with the sales and estimating team to ensure quotes are progressed efficiently

Scheduling Coordinator

You’ll also play an important role in keeping the order bank organised and ensuring deliveries stay on track.

This is a fast-paced part of the role, involving funneling the order bank into a clear tracking register and making regular follow up calls to ensure orders are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the order bank and maintain an accurate tracking register
• Monitor orders from entry through to delivery
• Coordinate delivery schedules and confirm timeframes
• Make follow up calls to customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Identify and resolve potential delays or issues
• Keep customers updated on order and delivery status
• Update order and scheduling information in the database
• Liaise with sales, warehouse and delivery teams to keep orders on track
  Maintain accurate records and documentation

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, reliable and confident dealing with customers.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration, estimating, scheduling or coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional phone manner
•  Good computer skills and accurate data entry
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisation and time management
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and ongoing tasks
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to see things through
• Practical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• A positive and reliable attitude
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in building customer service, counter sales, hospitality, retail sales or administration would be an advantage.
