ATOM is a leading industrial hardware and safety equipment supplier with over 40 years of experience in servicing Mining & Civil, Government, Oil and Gas, Electrical, MRO, Commercial, Construction and Engineering industries.

We have an opportunity for a can-do person to join our high performing team in Geraldton. 

The role

We are seeking a Internal Sales Representative with a passion for customer service and a can-do attitude to join our team in Geraldton. You will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available from ATOM, as well as assisting our warehouse team and learning how each department operates by;

• Providing excellent customer service when processing customer orders through phone sales, walk in customers, email orders  
• Assisting customers with product queries and location of product within the warehouse
• Communicating customer requirements and reporting on progress to the customers 
• Carry out Counter Sales in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on upholding work standards and providing excellent customer service
• Building and developing strong relationships with key customers
• In this role, you will need to be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team
