Position: Internship Administrator (Resourcer) - 6 month contract

Team: Performance Education / Gradability

Reporting to: Corporate Partnerships Manager

Position Overview

Our Internship Administrators play a crucial role in supporting the end-to-end process of connecting students with Host Companies. This role involves coordinating and managing resumes, interviews, feedback, and other ad-hoc duties. You will engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, including students and host employers, ensuring a seamless internship placement process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily meetings to coordinate and send resumes to host employers.
  • Follow up with internal and external stakeholders regarding supporting documentation and feedback.
  • Coordinate and manage all student interviews, including scheduling, follow-up, and feedback.
  • Address and manage any issues that arise with host companies and students.
  • Work closely with the Internships team to troubleshoot and strategically place students on time.
  • Periodically review current resourcing processes and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Organize interviews for both clients and candidates.
  • Follow up with clients regarding interview feedback.

Selection Criteria:

  • Clear and concise communication style, sensitive to cultural differences.
  • Confidence in making a high volume of phone calls and emails.
  • Keen eye for accuracy.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience working with a CRM or candidate management system.
  • Ability to thrive in a busy environment and handle competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and sound business acumen.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
