Job Description - Inventory Controller - Fixed Term Contract

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as a Inventory and Asset Coordinator in our Acacia Ridge. In this position, you will be managing the State’s inventory operations incorporating Inventory Stocktakes, new and secondhand capital equipment and maximising available product mix across all sales areas for all WA.

This is a Fixed term contract for 12 months

Key opportunities for this role include:

  • Manage monthly physical inventory stocktake.
  • Managing and resolve stock discrepancies based on Stocktake Comparison reports.
  • Liaise with the relevant QLD Departments to continually review the fleet condition enabling maximum availability of rental ready equipment.
  • Liaise with Rental Coordinator and Workshop Manager to ensure green tag and sales ready to go matrices are met and maintained
  • Maximise the storage opportunities within the capabilities of the warehouse.
  • Manage and control the storage of all Capital Equipment, including lift trucks, batteries and chargers by maximising and utilising the space available maximising available floor space.
