We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our operations team. This is a key role in ensuring our global inventory levels are optimised to meet demand across retail boutiques, wholesale partners, and e-commerce platforms. You’ll play a critical part in supporting the supply chain, forecasting trends, and maintaining accuracy across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end inventory processes across global warehouses and retail locations
Oversee stock replenishment, transfers, and allocations to ensure optimal availability
Collaborate with production, sales, and dispatch teams to forecast demand and reduce overstock/stockouts
Utilise Netsuite system to track and analyse inventory performance
Conduct regular audits and implement inventory control procedures
Report on KPIs such as inventory turnover, fulfilment rates, and shrinkage
Lead a small team and ensure best practices in inventory accuracy and compliance
Manage a small but busy Dispatch team to meet global shipment requirement to GLL’s exceptional standards
Co-ordinate and prepare Transfer Orders for product launches to showrooms and marketing companies, reporting on their delivery and receipt to destination customers and showrooms.
Liaise with freight companies to ensure all orders are collected on time
Update customer files with all the relevant documents for that job including parcel tracking details
With the help of the database, generate the appropriate documentation for online sales
Identify and suggest improvements on existing methods
Ad hoc duties as required by management
Essential Knowledge/Behaviours Required:
Minimum 2 year’s experience in an inventory management position.
Leadership experience at a Manager or Supervisory level
Experience in Dispatch environment (desirable)
Experience in managing multi-location or international inventory (desirable)
Ability to meet daily goals and deadlines
Experience with industry recognised business systems, NetSuite, SAP or similar
Comfortable in working independently on tasks as well as contributing to team activities and meetings
Be able to lead a team to meet deadlines and behave to the GLL Values
Follow instructions and work with a sense of safety and reliability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
A professional approach to their work, ability to organise themselves and their work area and exceptional time management skills.
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Strong analytical, interpersonal, organisational and ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
A flexible and proactive approach to work, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
Current Australian Driver's License
Reliable and strong work ethic
