Inventory Officer – Defence Sector- Expressions of Interest

Location: Puckapunyal, VIC
Mandatory: Baseline Security Clearance (Minimum Required)
Type: Salaried Position

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Inventory Officers for upcoming opportunities supporting Defence operations in Puckapunyal.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations within Defence or other secure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels

• Conduct stocktakes and inventory reconciliations

• Monitor and manage inventory movements

• Ensure compliance with Defence policies and procedures

• Support logistics and warehousing operations

• Prepare inventory reports and documentation

About You

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain

• Experience working within Defence environments is essential

• Current Defence Security Clearance (Baseline minimum) is mandatory

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
