The Investigator will conduct investigations in accordance with the client's instructions, regularly communicate investigative statuses, and ensure all deadlines and expectations are met or exceeded.

Responsibilities

• Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
• Conduct quality investigations in accordance with budgetary requirements, agreed upon deadlines, and client expectations.
• Complete investigative reports that meet accuracy, investigative sufficiency, professional quality standards, and edit and correct reports, as necessary.
• Review reports of Associate Investigators, as assigned, for specific investigations.
• Maintain and submit accurate time and expense records in accordance with company guidelines.
• Communicate with management on a consistent and timely basis as to the status of each investigation.
• Participate in designated training sessions/seminars and review company training materials to maintain professional competencies and high quality investigative results.
• Maintain assigned equipment including driver license, auto insurance, and serviceable vehicle.
• All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Investigators who have obtained certificate III and currently licensed and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company. Insurance claims/investigations experience, preferred

Working Conditions:

• Regular computer usage.
• May perform job duties both indoors and outdoors, including industrial and/or manufacturing environments, construction sites, recreation venues, rural and urban street settings and in widely varying weather conditions.
• Frequent sitting, standing and/or walking for long periods of time and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
• Occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
• Ability to adjust focus between close and distance vision.
