Investment Administrator - Dynamic Team

The Role

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join our Investment Team. 

The role will see you effectively complete administration tasks, general enquiries and investment contracts, while providing support to our investor groups in a timely manner, including our internal clients and support for our Investment Associates. 

You will also

• Issue house and land and townhouse contracts and ensure all contract information is detailed and correct.  
• Maintain associated databases and reporting programs.  
• Issue files to construction and production.
• Process electronic contracts.  
• Receive and distribute general Investment enquiries. 
• Assist in daily tasks/requests from referral partners – Contract Management, Updates on projects, Update Investment Manager on issues that may arise.
• Engage and communicate clearly with solicitors, valuers, consultants and key stakeholders on relevant contractual matters.
• Maintain knowledge of industry developments and legislation impacting on contractual agreements.
• Supply supporting marketing and other relevant material to Investment Sales Business when required 

The Person

• A minimum of 2-3 years contracts administration experience in residential construction, within Land Development, Real Estate or Conveyancing. 
• A proven track record and account relationship history, dealing with high-level negotiations.
• Sound understanding of local government act and regulations, conveyancing act, residential tenancy act and other relevant legislation.
• Competent in the use of AdobeAcrobatSign, MS Office Tools, MS Project and Project Management systems.
