Details of the Division and Team

Deutsche Bank's financing provides lending solutions across the credit spectrum to a broad range of clients and operates a market leading Asset Backed Securitisation business in Australia which provides innovative financing structures across a wide range of securitized products backed by mortgages, auto and equipment and other alternative asset classes. The ABS business utilises DB’s global franchise to arrange and distribute primary issuance to public market investors.

Your key responsibilities

• Assisting with due diligence on portfolios of receivables and preparing credit papers 

• Assisting with the process of marketing and distribution of public market securitizations 

• Responsible for direct engagement with relevant internal and external stakeholders on execution

• Responsible for the operation of financing facilities including monitoring compliance with covenants

Your skills and experience

• Strong communication skills and ability to engage clients & colleagues 

• Proficiency in cashflow modelling and high degree of attention to detail 

• Collaborative and inclusive approach with ability to multi-task efficiently

• Ideally with recent, relevant securitisation or structured finance experience
