About the Role

As Investment Business Strategy Lead, you'll connect strategy to execution across our Investment Management team. You'll coordinate the annual business planning, budgeting and workforce planning cycles, track progress against our strategic priorities, and help translate big ambitions into a clear, deliverable framework. You'll also 

• Facilitate strategic planning, budgeting and resourcing processes for the CIO and Investment Leadership Team


• Develop business cases, and track and report on delivery against business plan milestones and benefits realisation


• Lead the coordination of approved business plan roadmap and work with the Investment Leadership team to manage prioritisation


• Support change and communication initiatives across the team


• Collaborate with Change Partners to ensure the team and other stakeholders are ready, willing, and able to adopt new ways of working, processes, and practice

About You

You're a strategic thinker who's just as comfortable in the detail as you are influencing senior leaders.  You bring a track record of building and driving strategy, leading change, and turning complex planning into clear, deliverable action.

• Demonstrated experience building and driving strategy, change management and communication


• Experience managing complex strategic planning processes and projects, with an eye for smart process improvements


• Understanding of investment concepts, governance and the superannuation regulatory environment, and the confidence to influence senior stakeholders\


• Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, strategy, business, finance, economics, public policy, law or a related field
