About the Role

Are you ready to take the helm in a dynamic and growing maintenance division? We seek a dedicated and meticulous Head of Invoicing, Quality, & Compliance to join our Perth team. This role is pivotal in our business, as it’s all about maintaining our leadership position. As the Head of Invoicing, you’ll be entrusted with the end-to-end quality control of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Invoicing: You’ll be at the forefront of our invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Time Sheet Management: Coordinating and verifying time sheets to guarantee accurate billing.
• Supplier Processing: Efficiently handle supplier data through automated importing.
• Quality Assurance: The linchpin for maintaining the highest service quality standards. Identify and address quality issues and propose tailored solutions to the management team.
• Client Billing: Ensure our clients are charged correctly, leaving no room for errors.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with valued clients through calls, emails, and queries. We take pride in treating our customers like gold, so going the extra mile should be second nature to you.
• Operational Reporting: Generate and manage operational reports to track key performance indicators, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Plumbing or Technical Construction Knowledge: While not mandatory, having plumbing or technical construction knowledge would be advantageous.
