IT Business Analyst / BA - Growth-Minded Organization

Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit residential aged care provider with facilities in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia and New Zealand. We are currently seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst / BA to join our dynamic team on an initial 12 month contract (Full Time or Part Time options available). Working closely with the Head of IT and wider business teams, responsibilities may include but not be limited to:

• Gathering, validating and documenting requirements and user stories
• Analysing data to derive insights; supporting informed decision making
• Modelling business processes and identifying process improvements
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions
• Creating functional specifications, project schedules, and task allocation
• Estimating costs and identifying business savings
• Simplifying information and technical jargon; articulating to the appropriate audience
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Supporting business transition and managing change
• Generating relevant project documentation and reports

About You:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX/NAV and/or Business Central
• Strong attention to detail with an Agile mind set
• Ability to engage with project team members and key stakeholders
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Qualifications in Business/Information Systems preferred
• Understanding of the Aged Care Sector highly advantageous
