Join Toll Group as a IT Commercial Manager – Melbourne.

Please note this is a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract.

We are seeking an IT Commercial Manager to be based in our Melbourne head office. This role plays a critical commercial leadership function within IT Services, supporting key transformational programs across ITS.  It is responsible for shaping and governing the  commercial approach across complex service delivery arrangements, ensuring value for money, strong supplier performance, disciplined risk management, and alignment to strategic business outcomes.

As the IT Commercial Manager, you will:

• Develop and implement sourcing and category management plans aligned with various IT projects milestones and business priorities.

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for software, services, and infrastructure.

• Negotiate and manage contracts with IT vendors, implementation partners, and consultants.

• Ensure sourcing activities comply with internal governance, risk, and procurement policies.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure alignment with project KPIs and SLAs.

• Collaborate with IT, Finance and Business stakeholders to support project delivery.

About You

To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) commercially, with a strong focus on IT sourcing

• Proven track record across software, services, and technology supplier management

• Expertise in negotiation, commercial strategy, and contract management

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across IT, Finance, and business teams

• A highly analytical mindset with the ability to deliver insights and drive decisions

• Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
