IT Content Editor

About the Company
Davidson Technology are supporting a State Government Department, they are seeking a ICT Content Editor to join their team for an initial 12-month contract with potential to extend.

In this role you will be operating from within the Integrated Program team (Program) of the Enterprise Program Management Office EPMO, you will support the Program Director in the delivery of the stakeholder readiness stream.

This role has an ASAP start, with a Brisbane CBD location and the ability for 50-50 wfh capability.

About the Role
In this role you will be collaborating with the wider Program team to develop training and communication materials which enable the adoption and use of their Platform and external Portal, supporting the organisation in achieving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the Program Director and Stream Leads, including but not limited to information and document management.
• Work with the business analysts to develop digital training materials.
• Use digital tools to create video and graphical resources such as fact sheets, animation, and videos.
• Responsibility for maintaining the Program SharePoint site.

About You

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

• Excellent Microsoft skills including Sharepoint.
• Ability to get up to speed with a variety of screen sharing and video content software.
• Ability to take direction from various people and help out where they can add value to the team.
• Curiosity and a drive for excellence.
• An understanding of improving digital literacy and/or the ability to explain and simplify use of technology.

The Benefits
This opportunity offers you an initial 12 month contract with potential to extend at an A04/5 hourly rate (negotiable based on experience).
