IT Delivery Manager

Collaborate closely with the IT Director to deliver high-quality IT solutions. Your leadership and expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals.

A snapshot of what you will be doing here:

- Project Management:

Plan, design, and build IT solutions within agreed time and budget constraints.

Manage external partners to determine necessary activities and successfully deliver projects.

Ensure projects' financial follow-up, reporting, and optimization of internal IT processes.

Assist process owners with the selection of IT tools and support change management initiatives.

- Strategic IT Leadership: maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary IT landscape and developments.

Lead and manage the IT Delivery team to achieve business goals.

Oversee day-to-day team activities and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Motivate and coach the team to achieve organizational and personal goals on time and in full.

Promote a culture of learning and development, encouraging information sharing to enhance the collective workforce.

We are looking for an individual who:

- Experience and technical knowledge:

Has ten or more years of IT experience, with at least five years in an IT project or delivery management role involving the execution of multiple projects.

Possesses in-depth technical knowledge of technologies used to deliver the IT landscape, with knowledge of Basware, Business Intelligence, SAP Finance and Ops, and cloud-based solutions considered advantageous.

Is familiar with project management methodologies and tools such as SAP Activate, Agile, Waterfall, and Azure DevOps.

- Skills and Abilities:

Can communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. This is essential for this role.

Learns quickly, improves, and innovates in a fast-changing business environment.

Takes initiative and is proactive in identifying potential issues and solving problems efficiently.

Exhibits strong interpersonal and organizational skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Maintains a pragmatic and structured approach to tasks.

Demonstrates flexibility in adjusting to multiple demands and shifting priorities.

Shows strong customer orientation and can manage customer expectations.

Is fluent in English, both oral and written (knowledge of Dutch or French is a strong asset).

- Leadership management and business knowledge

Demonstrates the ability to manage resources and teams effectively.

Can motivate and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Possesses good business acumen and can negotiate with business partners.

- Additional Requirements: is willing to travel internationally for project requirements (10%).
