IT Field Support Technician

Capitol Health is looking for a IT Field Support Technician to join our larger IT function in a Full-time capacity. This role is responsible for providing ICT Desktop and Field Support.

• 3 days onsite between Capitol's East Melbourne Head Office + Epping Hardware site
• Opportunity for development and growth within our IT function
• Provide ICT Desktop and Field Support to our network of clinics

You will provide end user support through a variety of channels including telephone, remote desktop and face-to-face, ensuring that all Capitol Health staff have a stable and functioning IT environment and are receiving the highest standard of IT assistance. You will be a first point of contact for our employees and act as an ambassador for the IT group and the wider Capitol Health organisation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team to ensure the core Imaging Applications; Karisma RIS, Comrad/AURA RIS, Visage RIS/PACS, Voice Recognition, Intelerad PACS and any other clinical applications are managed and maintained
• Assisting with tickets raised via the Service Desk, on-site support that they cannot resolve.This includes but is not limited to assisting with hardware and software installs .
• Upskilling/cross-training
• Ensure the integrity of the IT team by logging all service requests and incidents accurately and thoroughly using a best-practice ITIL approach.
• Support and promote growth initiatives across the business in order to gain competitive advantage and increase business revenue and profitability
• Provide IT end user support through a variety of channels including Field Support within the Capitol Health sites across Victoria.
• Assist in the adherence to quality, risk management and data security

Selection Criteria

• 3+ years of experience in an IT Support position with field support experience
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and manage crisis situations
• Collaborate and develop good working relationships with multiple teams and stakeholders
• A reliable vehicle available for use Monday to Friday to support the clinics across Capitol Health’s Victorian locations.
• Experience working in a radiology business in either the private or public sector is advantageous
• IT, supporting doctors, technical and administrative staff highly desirable
• Passion for providing outstanding customer service
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
