IT Portfolio Manager

Our client URGENTLY requires an IT Portfolio Manager for 7 months + contract role in Melton, VIC.

The Agile IT PMO Service/Consultant will be responsible for enabling and optimising portfolio-level governance and delivery practices across Council’s IT initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide oversight and assurance across the IT Delivery Framework, including stage gate reviews and compliance assessments.
• Lead and facilitate Program Increment planning sessions to align teams with strategic objectives.
• Work will Delivery Team Leads to monitor project health using defined KPIs.
• Define and implement agile methodologies, standards, and guidelines tailored to IT project portfolio.

Government experience would be highly advantageous.
