As an IT Project Trainer, you will be central to the rollout of all systems implemented by IT, designing, developing, delivering training programs that are tailored to the unique functionalities and user interfaces of each system. Your expertise will ensure that employees across the organisation are well-equipped to utilise the systems effectively, aligning with the high-quality outcomes across all Business IT Programs and Projects within the IT Portfolio.

Based in Brisbane, you will be joining the Business IT & Digital Delivery group as part of the extensive IT Portfolio of Programs and Projects. This team thrives on a culture of high performance, where each member’s dedication to excellence is complemented by a strong emphasis on collaboration, ultimately fostering a dynamic and achievement-oriented environment.
Your expertise
You will have expertise in the development and implementation of learning programs including designing and facilitating training programs, for diverse audiences. You will apply your knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodology in addition to proficiency in training-related technology platforms.
You’ll demonstrate success in established and managing relationships with range of stakeholders, with the ability to engage in genuine two-way communication with a focus on enabling high performance, delivering outcomes, and coaching and developing others.
