Job Description - IT Sales - Green Light

Key Account Manager
Melbourne Based (100% Onsite)
Permanent Role

Green Light is assisting one of their clients in look out for Key Account Manager Manage responsibvle for managing client business end to end for assigned client portfolio and seek further opportunities to grow the portfolio within existing client base.Through your relationships with key stakeholders, ensure that they deliver or exceed client expectations by offering solutions that are fit for purpose.

The general responsibilities and tasks of this position are outlined below and may include additional duties where operationally required and directed.

Relationship Management

  • Stakeholder management – Risk remediation
  • Peer to Peer relationship mapping
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key client stakeholders in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Liaise with all relevant business leads ensuring appropriate technical support is provided to support client requirements to each situation/needs
  • Client Satisfaction & Retention
  • End to end service across all services and products
  • Focus on building long term sustainable relationships
  • NPS score
  • Highest point of escalation
  • Contribution to “socials”
  • Performance
  • Clients
  • Suppliers
  • Partners

Commercials

  • Commercial oversight and liaison across Client portfolio
  • All quotes and contracts provided to the clients
  • Contract, RFP Development
  • Quote negotiations
  • Debt Collection; Stakeholder Management
  • Invoicing – ensure that regular conversations are had with the relevant client contact to ensure payment is made in a timely manner and non-payment issues are addressed and communicated to the Asta finance team

Governance

  • Strategic Account plans
  • Full monthly governance reporting with Risk & Recommendations,
  • Project Governance
  • Quarterly Service Review
  • Quarterly Innovations Forum
  • Annual client ICT budgets

Account Growth

  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly on additional products and services
  • Contracts
  • Projects
  • Adhoc Opportunities (i.e., hardware and licencing)
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients

Profitability

  • Contracts (Reoccurring and unit price contracts)
  • Monthly Financial Summary for large accounts
  • Project profit abilities
  • Adhoc Opportunities (i.e., hardware and licencing)

Internal Systems

  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • 100% CRM Accountability
