IT Service Owner

IT Service Owner I 6 months contract I $700 per day plus superannuation (PAYG) Your new company
We're looking for an experienced IT Service Owner to lead the governance, performance and continuous improvement of enterprise Asset Management and Field Mobility systems within a large, complex organisation.In this role, you'll partner closely with business stakeholders, vendors and IT teams to ensure critical systems are performing, compliant and aligned to strategic objectives.

Your new role

Own and manage end-to-end IT services across Asset Management and Field Mobility platforms

Build and maintain service roadmaps, covering enhancements, upgrades and integrations

Manage vendors and service providers to agreed SLAs, OLAs and KPIs

Oversee service lifecycle activities including incident, change, problem and release management (ITIL)

Ensure strong governance across financial management, licensing, contracts, risk and audit

Act as the SME for projects, upgrades and minor enhancements

What you'll need to succeed

Solid experience in IT Service Ownership or Application Management

Hands-on experience with Asset Management systems (eg.IBM Maximo highly regarded)

Solid understanding of ITIL service management practices

Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills

Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language
