We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in an entry level capacity. In this role, you will provide frontline support to our stores and support office teams, helping keep our systems running smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to build your IT career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
How you will keep us running:
Provide telephone and remote IT support to both Store and Support Office Team Members
Respond to support requests and queries sent to the Helpdesk system
Provide after-hours support for critical operations on a rotational on-call basis
Assist in new store setup, may require occasional travel
Maintain IT Registers, Process and How-To documentation
What’s in Your IT Toolkit?
Demonstrated experience in a support / call centre environment
Experience with Microsoft Windows, Active Directory and Office 365
Basic understanding of LAN / WAN technologies
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Resourcefulness and ability to multi-task
Outstanding problem solving skills
